Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flowko Rešitve services, you agree to and undertake to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. These terms of use govern your use of our digital solutions and consulting services. If you do not agree with the above, do not use this service.

2. Services Offered

Flowko Rešitve provides the following services:

• Website development and online presence
• Search engine and AI search optimization (SEO/GEO)
• AI content creation
• IT support and digitalization
• Business process automation
• Maintenance and support services

3. Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use services for illegal purposes
• Protect your access credentials
• Pay for services on time
• Cooperate in project implementation

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in EUR excluding VAT (VAT is not charged under Article 94(1) of ZDDV-1). Payment terms are agreed upon before the start of each project. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Flowko ownership:

• Our methodologies and processes
• Templates and standard workflows

5.2 Client ownership:

• Client business data and processes
• Custom-made solutions after payment
• Client domain knowledge and content

6. Warranties

Our services are provided with the following warranties: services will be performed with professional care and in accordance with industry standards. Warranty is valid for 30 days after project completion. We do not guarantee specific business results.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The court in Ljubljana, Slovenia has jurisdiction for dispute resolution.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment for work performed to date. Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
